Terms and Conditions
This page is an overal view of our sales, delivery and payment conditions. These are the standard conditions adapted to our industry.
- Apart from special conditions indicated on the front of the invoice or quotation and agreement signed by the customer, are solely and exclusively of each other, the conditions apply below.
- The specifications and price quotations are based on the current values of wages, materials and services. If these change, we reserve the right to adapt prices of this quote if the quote validity date has expired.
- The delivery terms are only provided as information and do not bind the seller. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to a compensation nor to dissolve the agreement.
- The protest against the bill shall be made in writing within eight days after the invoice date. One is always asked to add the date and number of the invoice.
- All invoices are payable in advance unless otherwise stipulated.
- Failure to pay the bill within the prescribed period from the due date of right and without prior notice, delay interest, amounting to 10% per annum on the amount invoiced
- The customer is not allowed to use purchased services for unlawful and criminal behavior.
- In case of dispute, exclusive territorial jurisdiction is to the courts of Bruges/Belgium.
- When we are, due to force majeure, strikes, lockouts, etc. , not able to execute this quote then we reserve the right to terminate the contract without any compensation.
- Expenses related to unpaid bills or checks and other collection costs are not included in the liquidated damages and the buyer will be charged separately.
- In some cases we may not meet all points of our 'standard product' (see product features), this may be caused by the turbulent browser market, the range of specific operating system and software installations.
- For non-payment we reserve the right to end our services.
- Basing.com is responsible for the resolution of all faults by the fault of Basing.nl have arisen and which may come to light following the delivery of products or services. These defects must be reported within 2 months from delivery of the services or products.
